SBOS is founded

SBOS established an R&D team with members from the fortune 500 companies notably HP, IBM, SAMSUNG, BAIDU. SBOS initiated research on native cloud business operating system, the foundation technology stack for SBOS (Smart Business Operating System).

2018
SBOS V1.0 launched

After three years of research and development, joint research with early adopters customers and several product iterations, version 1.0 of SBOS was launched, accumulating our first batch of customers.

Expanded to KR & HK

Standardized core business processes.  We have expanded our customers base and established branches in Korea, Hong Kong, etc.

External Funding

Leo, Chairman & CTO, PhD

Leo holds a PhD from Shanghai Jiaotong University, was previously a Director at HPE, and specializes in Enterprise Digital Transformation, delivered projects for BMW, Volkswagen, and the Bank of East Asia.

Alan, COO

Alan has 10 years of experience in sales and marketing. He led Samsung Experience Store development in East China and helped expand Huawei's Honor brand to dual-channel sales. He also managed store construction and brand image for Huawei across East China.

Anna, CFO

Anna has been with the company since 2015. She manages finance and human resources, and oversees recruitment, training, and guidance for employees and business partners.

Carry, CMO

Carry has 11 years of internet industry experience. A serial entrepreneur, he founded YiTui Network in 2014, specializing in integrated marketing, and China Water Paint Network in 2015, a B2B platform for eco-friendly products. Carry is also experienced in blockchain technology and co-founded Shanghai Shuangqu Network in 2016, focusing on digital transformation for SMEs.

Jango, BD Global

Jango, has extensive internet industry experience and is a serial entrepreneur. He held senior roles at Baidu and Red Star Macalline, before founding Kongjian Keche in 2014, securing significant funding, and launching his second venture, CheMiDe, in 2016.

Steve, BD China

Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He has 6 years of experience in the financial industry, focusing on product packaging and marketing. Previously, he served as Marketing Director at Zhehui Finance and Market Supervisor at State Grid Yingda Financial System.
